PROJECT OVERVIEW
More than half of the world's population lives in urban settings, and will rise to 70% within a few decades. Additionally, because of our 24/7 fixation with online connection and work, our circadian rhythms are becoming disrupted, disconnecting us from the natural rhythms of nature, a product that has created us.
Outdoor exercise or ‘ecotherapy’, such as gardening or walking, has huge benefits for well-being and can even be as effective as antidepressants in treating mild to moderate depression and anxiety.
